Do you supply the playset?

No — you buy it, we build it. Order the Lifetime Adventure Tower Deluxe from Costco, Sam's Club, Lifetime, or Amazon and have it delivered to your home. Send us the delivery date and we'll schedule your build around it. This keeps your cost down and your manufacturer warranty intact.

Can you install on grass, gravel, pavers, or turf?

Yes. We install on all of them. During the quote we'll tell you up front if the surface needs leveling, a weed-barrier layer, or a paver or timber border first, so there are no surprises on install day.

Do you anchor it?

Yes. Ground anchors are included on soil and turf, and concrete footings are available as an add-on. Anchoring is not optional — it prevents tipping during active play and is required by the manufacturer to keep your warranty valid.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

We inventory every part before assembly starts and flag problems immediately, so you can file a warranty claim the same morning instead of losing the whole day. If a missing part stops the build, we return to finish it at no extra labor charge.

Do you also prep the site?

Yes. Grading, weed barrier, paver or timber borders, rubber mulch, and artificial turf can all be quoted separately. Many customers bundle site prep with assembly so the whole play area is finished in one visit.
