NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING: We are a service-based business. We deliver services directly to your location - not shipped products.

SERVICE DELIVERY: Our technicians travel to your home or business to perform on-site repairs.

SERVICE AREA: Seattle, Bothell, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Shoreline & nearby areas (25-mile radius).

SCHEDULING: Standard (2-5 days), Next-Day (+$25), Same-Day (+$50), Emergency (+$100).

SERVICE FEE: $75-$95 travel/diagnostic fee (credited toward completed repairs).

APPOINTMENTS: Flexible 1-2 hour windows. 30-minute courtesy call before arrival.
