SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At 24 Solve, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to make it right.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

**Refunds May Be Issued When:**
- Service was not performed as agreed
- Work quality does not meet professional standards
- Technician failed to arrive for scheduled appointment without notice
- Service was canceled by 24 Solve due to our inability to complete the work
- Parts or materials were defective and could not be replaced

**Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:**
- Change of mind after service is completed
- Services that were completed satisfactorily per the original agreement
- Normal wear and tear on repairs after the warranty period
- Issues caused by customer misuse or neglect after service
- Services where the customer refused technician access to complete the work
- Diagnostic/service call fees when customer declines recommended repair

CANCELLATION POLICY

**Customer Cancellations:**
- Cancel 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund of any deposits or prepayments
- Cancel within 24 hours of appointment: Service call fee ($50) applies
- No-show/no-access: Service call fee ($95) applies, no refund issued

**24 Solve Cancellations:**
- If we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund of any payments made
- We will make every effort to reschedule at your convenience

SERVICE CALL FEES

Service call fees ($75-$95) cover the cost of:
- Technician travel to your location
- Professional inspection and diagnosis
- Written estimate for recommended repairs

**Service call fees are:**
βœ“ Credited toward completed repairs
βœ“ Non-refundable if you decline the repair
βœ“ Waived for emergency same-day service requiring immediate repair

DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENTS

- Deposits may be required for large jobs or custom materials
- Deposits are typically 25-50% of the total estimated cost
- Deposits are refundable if we cannot complete the work as agreed
- Deposits are non-refundable if customer cancels after materials are ordered

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Only part of the agreed service was completed
- Service quality did not fully meet expectations but work was partially acceptable
- Parts replacement was necessary but labor was satisfactory

We will work with you to determine a fair resolution.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

All completed work includes:
- 90-day warranty on labor
- Manufacturer warranty on parts (typically 90 days to 1 year)
- Free return visit if the same issue recurs within warranty period

**Warranty does not cover:**
- New or unrelated issues
- Damage caused by customer misuse or third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues resulting from lack of recommended maintenance

REFUND PROCESS

**To Request a Refund:**

4. If a refund is warranted, we will process it within 5-10 business days

**Refund Method:**
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Credit/debit card: Refunded within 5-10 business days
- Digital payments (Venmo/Zelle): Refunded within 3-5 business days

EMERGENCY SERVICE

Emergency and after-hours services are subject to additional fees. These fees are:
- Non-refundable once the technician is dispatched

PARTS AND MATERIALS

- Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties
- Defective parts will be replaced at no additional charge during warranty period
