24 Solve provides handyman, general contractor coordination, maintenance, and cleaning-related services. Some services are performed directly by 24 Solve, while others may be performed by independent third-party subcontractors.

Service availability, scope, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation before work begins.


2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All prices provided are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

  • Final pricing may vary based on job complexity, materials, site conditions, or changes requested after work begins.

  • Additional work outside the original scope requires customer approval and may result in additional charges.


3. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate service information

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area

  • Secure pets and valuables during service

Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information may result in rescheduling or additional fees.


4. Payments

  • Payment terms are communicated before service.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failure to pay may result in collection actions or refusal of future service.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.


6. Third-Party Subcontractors

Certain services (including cleaning services) are performed by independent subcontractors, not employees of 24 Solve.

  • Subcontractors are responsible for their own tools, methods, and workmanship.

  • 24 Solve acts as a service coordinator and is not liable for acts or omissions beyond applicable legal responsibility.


7. Warranties & Limitations

  • Workmanship warranties, if offered, are limited to the specific service provided.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or manufacturer defects in supplied products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24 Solve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. Safety & Property Conditions

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Some work involves tools, drilling, cutting, or modifications.

  • Structural, electrical, plumbing, or concealed conditions may affect outcomes.

  • 24 Solve is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or unsafe environments.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use content without permission

All website content is owned by or licensed to 24 Solve.
